Riley White 

He/Him/They/Them - Naarm, (Melbourne, VIC)

ARTIST PRACTICE:

Experience in a range of media, including photography, sculpture, textiles and painting. Exploration of ideas surrounding: codes, systems and patterns, gender, sexuality, human connection/interaction. Artist practice revolves around how people and systems interact with one another — shown primarily through the interweaving of fabrics and the mode of photographer/subject relationships. 

SKILLS/MEDIUMS/ABILITIES: 

• Photography/Videography (digital/analogue)  - Painting and drawing (acrylic, oil, digital, charcoal, graphite)  
• Textiles (sewing, knitting, crochet)                      - Photoshop, Lightroom (knowledge of Adobe applications)
• Sculpture and 3D (clay, paper, wood, plastics)

2024 - CURRENT: Bachelor of Fine Arts (Photography) - Victorian College of the Arts, the University of Melbourne, VIC.
